Sometimes it’s easy to get overwhelmed with life, isn’t it? We’re always rushing through our days, intent on finishing one task just to race to start the next. It took Kevin and I six hours on Saturday to finish unpacking boxes and fully setting up our kitchen and when we were done, I was upset when I realized how late it was because I had twenty other things on my to-do list for the day. Jesus says to us in Exodus 33, “My presence shall go with you, and I will give you rest.” How about if we spend the remainder of our Sunday remembering that, and resting in our Lord and Savior? I know I’m going to!
