Welcome to my blog! This site is definitely a work in progress, so I hope you’ll bear with me and stick around for a while.

I’m an East Coast gal in love with a West Coast guy. I love reading, writing, running, cooking, and traveling – not necessarily in that order. Coffee makes me happy. I have my own tiara. I’m a cat person, not a dog person. My favorite movie of all time is Grease, and I’m not ashamed of it. I quote movies for fun.

I believe that God sent his son Jesus to die on the cross for my sins, and it is only through God’s grace that I am who I am and where I am today.

I follow a primal diet, but I enjoy a good dark chocolate, a rich red wine, and some perfectly aged cheese on occasion. I value a healthy lifestyle, but I take pleasure in the little things. I’m currently doing my second Whole 30, which you’ll find chronicled here on the blog.
